The existing design was a aluminum component that was post coated with ETFE  for chemical resistance and hydrophobic attributes.  The customer wanted to eliminate the aluminum base due to ionic contamination.

• 1,000,000 PSI Flex modulus

• Isotropic mechanical values

• Pure filler technology with low extractables

• Consistent white color

• Hydrophobic properties

• Difficult to reverse engineer
